    About Us

    HIBRIT is established in 2004 focusing on engineering design and consultancy for the industrial structures mostly. Since, Hibrit produced hundreds of designs consist of prefabricated concrete, reinforced concrete and steel elements for especially industrial structures, factories, shopping centers, malls, fairs, residences, bridge and viaducts.

    HIBRIT is producing structural engineering services on earthquake and statical analysis of structures, reinforcement of buildings, structural performance and strengthen procedures of historical buildings.

    HIBRIT is a member of the Turkish Precast Concrete Association since 2015, the only sectoral organization in country. It is an active member and contributes to technical advisory comittee.

    HIBRIT consistently increased its capability on prefabricated concrete structures which is the majority in its engineering works. It supports the companies in design and consult which are active in the market. It has the capability to prepare the tender designs and to adapt the precast technology to the project by specific detail solutions both for private invest and state based projects.

    Şerif GÜNER

    Civil Engineer – Founder and Manager

    Şerif Güner is born in Kiraz/İzmir in 1973 and completed his preliminary education in İzmir Fatih College and İzmir Atatürk High School. in 1995 he is graduated from Dokuz Eylül University Civil Engineering Department. He completed the intern period and worked parttime in AFA Prefabrication.

    Between 1995 and 1997, he worked as the production and QA/QC engineer in Özbetontaş A.Ş. Beside the production and assembling of the prefabricated concrete structures, he has formed and operated the procedures for the ISO 9001 Quality Assurance System.

    In 1997, he worked as Quality System Engineer in Çimentaş Gazbeton for 4 months.

    Whilst his professional career, he proceeded the master education in Dokuz Eylul University Industrial Engineering Department between 1995 to 1998. He has completed all lessons such OperationResearch, project management, industrial system analysis, ergonomics, service systems management, quality assurance systems, simulation analysis, cost account and financial analysis.

    In 1998, he started working as project engineer in one of the leader company in market, Italcementi Group Set Betoya A.Ş. He participated in hundreds of prefabricated engineering projects. During the position of project and quality assurance chief, he managed both the production and the quality system.

    In 2004, he established desgin company HIBRIT ENGINEERING. Sınce the establishment , the company has developed hundreds of projects with keeping its evolving and increasing service quality. Also, it has been contributed to dozen of companies for their development by providing consultancy services.

    Şerif Güner is a member of Turkish Precast Concrete Association Technical Commitee. As a member, he participated the commitee audits for projects and productions. At present, he has the role of projects’ auditor in the audits of TSEK-118 which is hold by Turkish Standarts Institution and Turkish Precast Concrete Association. He is also a member of Turkish Civil Engineer Chambers. He knows English.

    Tahir ÖZTÜRK

    Civil Engineer – Senior Engineer

    He is graduated from Dokuz Eylul University Civil Engineering Department in 2006. He worked as an audit engineer at legal building audit companies. In 2006, he joined Hibrit Engineering as a project engineer. At present, he continues as a senior statical design engineer.

    He is a member of Turkish Civil Engineer Chambers. He knows English.

    Uğur AKAY

    Civil Engineer, M.Sc. – Project Manager

    Uğur Akay is born in Izmir in 1973. He is graduated from İzmir Çamlaraltı College and Izmir 60.Yil Anatolian High School. In 1995 he is graduated from Dokuz Eylul University Civil Engineering Department. While working as an research assistant he completed master education on Geotechnical Engineering in 1998.

    Between 2002 and 2005 he worked as a technical office engineer in Muratlı Dam and HEPP construction for Strabag, responsible from the work schedules and payment certificates.

    Between 2005 and 2014 he worked as the technical office manager. He was resposible from the design coordination, tender and contracts, budgets and programmes of the hypermarkets and shopping malls.

    Between 2014 and 2016, he worked for the Vercon company, which is involved in project management. During this period, he was the project manager of the company for the projects Baerlocher and EgeprofilDeceuninck.

    At 2017 he joined Hibrit Engineering to form the project management department of the company, at present he is dealing with the management of the projects.

    He is a member of Turkish Civil Engineer Chambers. He knows English.

    Sema YILMAZ

    Architect, M.Sc. – Arhitectural Projects Coordinator

    Sema SERT YILMAZ is graduated from Dokuz Eylul University Architectural Faculty in 1992. She has completed her master education at Building Technology Department in 1995 with the thesis, the architecture of prefabricated buildings. She worked as project architect at Gün+Bir and Kızılkanat Construction which are focused on Industrial buildings’ design and construction.

    In 2011, she has begun working in Hibrit for the coordination and architectural compatabilities of the projects. In 2014 she has established the Architecture department of the company and today she continues the architectural design and coordination tasks.

    Sema Yılmaz is member of Turkish Architectures Chamber. She knows English.

    Kübra ÖZGÜNEŞ KAPLAN

    Mechanical Engineer

    She was born in 1986 in Bursa. She completed her primary education in Bursa, Atatürk Primary School and Şükrü Şankaya Anatolian High School. In 2009, she is graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Department. She completed his master's degree at the same university's Faculty of Business Administration, the Department of Production

    She worked as Mechanical Project Engineer at GN Proje / İstanbul between 2009-2011, as Mechanical Project Engineer at Mechanical Project / Bursa between 2011-2014 and as Mechanical Project Chief at Meytes Tesisat / İzmir between 2014-2019. She took part in mechanical installation projects of various construction structures at home and abroad.

    As of 2019, she joined HİBRİT Engineering team.

    Kübra Özgüneş Kaplan is a member of TMMOB Chamber of Mechanical Engineers. She can speak English.

    Selin KOÇANCI

    Architect

    She is graduated from Yasar University, Department of Architecture in 2016. She worked on projects that include restoration, urban transformation and complex building design. She started to work in HIBRIT as a project architect since 2018.

    Selin Kocanci is a member of Chamber of Architects.

    Vahide SEVER

    Construction Technician

    She is graduated from Izmir Karsiyaka Industrial High School in 1997 and Celal Bayar University Contruction Technicians Department in 2000. She began working at Sonat Engineering from internship on. Between 2002 and 2011 she worked as construction draftman at AFA Prefabrication. In 2012, she joined the Hibrit team and continues as construction technician.

    She is a member of Turkish Building Technicians Association.

    Sibel ASLAN

    Construction Draftman

    She is graduated from Izmir Karsiyaka Industrial High School in 1997 and Zonguldak University Building Draftmanship Department in 2000. After graduation she worked at a space truss production company. Between 2002 and 2005 she worked at Tekno Architecture company, which is expert on architecture and engineering design. She joined the team Hibrit in 2005.

    Osman TOKGÖZ

    Construction Technician

    He is graduated from Izmir Buca Industrial High School in 2007 and Dokuz Eylul University Izmir Polytechnic Construction Technician Department in 2009.

    He has met Hibrit for his intern education, and since than his career continues at Hibrit as the construction technician.

    Özgünur BORA

    Interior Architect

    She is graduated from Izmir University of Economics, Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design in 2019 During undergraduate education; first in 2016 in Izmir, she took space in Baw Design Office company for two months as internship in office. Afterwards, worked in Sarp Yachts company in Antalya for 1 month in 2017 as she thought that luxury motor yacht design will add different vision and value.

    When she applied for the right to internship in Japan, which was provided by the university, and selected among them, she designed a joint cultural social space for iba Chiba University with Japanese architect students within the scope of 1-month internship in Japan in 2017.

    In 2019, last year of undergraduate education, she firstly worked as a site supervisor of villa Temelsan project for 4 months in Izmir Sahilevleri. Then she worked both in the design office and the construction sites of Megapol Group in Izmir.

    After graduating in June 2019, she joined HIBRIT in September.

    COMBINED CARCASS SYSTEM STRUCTURES

    One of the merits of HYBRID is to easily design combined carcass systems using harmoniously compatible types of different structural systems. If you are designing your structure to a precast or steelmaking company, you will possibly be using the materials that they produce and will be guided in this way.     MACHINE PEDESTAL AND FOUNDATIONS

    Many industrial installations require the design of reinforced concrete and / or steel foundation of a specific machine or process unit. Static and dynamic loads of the equipment and machine are taken into account and the project is designed taking into consideration the specific conditions and applicable conditions.

    GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING

    SHOR AND HARBOR STRUCTURES – PIERS

    The conditions in the coastal area are designed by analyzing elements related to many coastal variables such as wave length, size and type of vessels approaching the port, handling loads on the pier and quay structure, fender arrangements, supports and rings. HIBRID has performed designs in this area and also implemented the projects.

    EARTHQUAKE PERFORMANCE ANALSIS AND STRENGTHEN DESIGNS OF EXISTING STRUCTURES

    Analyzing the performance of the existing constructions under the earthquake loads and analyzing the behaviaour of the structure in the case of the expected earthquake is carried out in HYBRID. The type of the structure, the projects, the conformity to the projects, the quality of the materials used are determined first. According to the results of the analysis, it is determined how the performance of the building in the projected earthquake, which parts are sufficient and in what extent.

    Structures that do not have sufficient performance in earthquake analysis need to be strengthened. Strengthening projects are prepared by using methods such as earthquake zone addition, mantling, carbon fiber (FRP – Fiber-reinforced plastic). The evaluations are determined after the engineering analyzes to be carried out, such as how the structure can be strengthened or whether it is possible or not to strengthen the structure.

    ANALYSIS AND REPORTING OF THE RENOVATION OF MONUMENTAL AND HISTORICAL BUILDINGS

    It is necessary to leave the structures healthy transmitted from generation to generation in the form of cultural heritage to future generations.
